About

Wood Steel Stone is a Brooklyn-based design and fabrication company founded in 2015 by Charles Grantham. Wood Steel Stone designs and fabricates furniture, serving ware, and custom pieces. We work with a range of clients, from architects and restauranteurs to industrial and interior designers, as well as individual homeowners.

We are always seeking unique and innovative ways to express the inherent beauty in a variety of materials, including wood, steel, bronze, marble, and concrete.

All pieces are fabricated at our shop in the Redhook neighborhood of Brooklyn, allowing us to work closely with local designers and suppliers to provide our clients with the highest quality work. Our location allows New York, New Jersey and Connecticut clients the opportunity to visit and inspect work as it progresses.

We take pride in using sustainable materials whenever possible to realize each client's vision with integrity. Whether integrating eastern hardwoods felled by hurricane Sandy, reclaimed Coney Island boardwalk or Danby marble into our work, we seek to create functional pieces that are both beautiful and long-lasting. Perhaps our most sustainable feature is the quality of our work -our creations are designed to live in the homes and businesses of our clients for decades to come.
